How it works:
Step 1) You contact RoughCut Knives, LLC, to discuss purchasing a Gift Certificate for yourself, your friend, or loved one. After a brief discussion we will send you a detailed invoice for your review. Feel free to communicate any changes needed.
Once finalized, you will be given information on how to pay your invoice. After payment is made, you will receive a Gift Certificate Voucher that will be good for 1 calendar year from date of purchase.
Step 2) You then give the gift certificate serial number to that person. We can provide a PDF to print if you wish, or even mail an official certificate, for a $7 fee.
Step 3) The recipient contacts me at Jeff@RoughtCutKnives.com or (440) 941-1311 to discuss their custom knife options based on certificate value. These can include blade style, steel type, handle material, even customized pins and sheath type!
Step 4) The custom knife is built and delivered to your recipient for them to enjoy for life!
Step 5) You or they purchase more Gift Certificates (Not required, but we would love it if you did!)
